Make Sense of Your Symptoms
Move Toward Stabilization & Regulation
-For those navigating persistent, unexplained symptoms—even without a diagnosis.

Common Symptoms
I'm Constantly Chasing Symptoms, Scans & Testing
I'm constantly visiting doctors who never have answers. My symptoms remain unexplained and testing never seems to bring answers.

Countless ER visits and no answers.
Now I have just stopped going.

I'm At The Emergency
Room Often

I React To Everything.
My body reacts to everything—food, chemicals, EMFs, heat & more— anaphylaxis to asthma, hives, palpitations, and GI issues and more. What’s happening?

I Have Massive
Brain Fog
My brain fog, memory loss, and mental fatigue make daily tasks so overwhelming.

I Feel Dismissed By The Medical Community
Doctors are often unsure why I am having these issues and either tell me it is stress or they do not know.

I Am Always
Exhausted
I am beyond tired, despite rest, with aching muscles and heaviness.

I Feel Hungover, Like My Body Is Poisoned
Even though I haven't had any
alcohol I feel hungover so often.

I Have Developed
Anxiety and/or Phobias
& It's Not Just Stress
I have fears and anxiety I’ve never had before. It's not just stress. I am tried of being prescribed anti-anxiety meds, and then being referred to a psychiatrist.

My Body Feels Overstimulated
Loud sounds, bright lights, crying on TV trigger me and make me agitated, overstimulated and sometimes even panic.

Where to Start?
What Is Causing My Symptoms?
Did you know your symptoms are actually being driven by a different mechanism than the original trigger?
-
These symptoms are often grouped into different conditions, even when the experience feels very similar.
-
Many of these share the same underlying pattern — the nervous system, along with the body at the cellular level, has shifted into a reactive, protective state and has not fully returned to baseline.
-
This can be triggered by environmental exposures (mold, VOCs, air quality), illness, stress, or injury. In some cases, the system remains “stuck on,” continuing to drive symptoms even after the original trigger has been reduced or removed.
-
That’s why it’s important to address not just the trigger, but the underlying mechanisms — supporting both nervous system regulation and cellular function — so the system can move back toward stability and regulation.
-You deserve clear explanations, not confusion or dismissal.

Meet the Founders

Liz McGhee
Co-Founder | Environmental & Neuro-Immune Autonomic Consultant
Liz McGhee, RS is an Environmental Health Scientist and Registered Sanitarian with training in cell and molecular biology and communicable and infectious disease. Her work focuses on the relationship between environmental exposures, immune signaling, and autonomic nervous system regulation.
Through New Leaf Neuro, Liz helps individuals interpret environmental factors such as mold, indoor air quality, and chemical exposures alongside symptom patterns seen in conditions including MCAS, CIRS, POTS, MCS, ME/CFS, Long COVID, and other neuro-immune and autonomic conditions.
Her approach emphasizes identifying patterns across environment, physiology, and lived experience to help individuals better understand environmental triggers and move toward greater stability & regulation.

Pascal Boudreau
Co-Founder | Principal Building Systems Engineer, P.Eng
Pascal Boudreau, P.Eng. is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in systems analysis and engineering design, including work in complex infrastructure systems such as power systems and telecommunications.
At New Leaf Neuro, he applies this systems-based perspective to the built environment, focusing on how moisture dynamics, ventilation patterns, and indoor air quality influence environmental safety.
Pascal helps interpret how building conditions may affect symptom patterns for sensitive individuals and leads New Leaf Neuro’s Environmental Building Masterclasses on creating healthier indoor environments.
-Your body is not failing.
These symptoms often represent a protective system that has become overly reactive. When you understand the patterns and respond consistently, the system can settle .
